Being a Therapist

Being a therapist has been the most meaningful and most challenging work of my life.

Through my years of education, work in community organizations, school, and building my private practice I've found that refining the nuts and bolts and organizing how to practice makes all the difference.

Helping other clinicians build their resources, hone their visions, and develop professional systems to support thriving careers is something I feel passionately about. Quality consultation, systems of practice, and documentation reduces burnout and helps you focus on the work you find most meaningful.
