Life is challenging and I believe humans were never meant to face life’s challenges alone. I have over 5 years experience working with adult survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I understand the deep complexities of systemic and familial patterns that are often present among these issues and I offer a non-judgmental safe space to explore your unique experiences and emotions. Additionally, I enjoy working with young adults as they transition from adolescence to adulthood - an exciting, albeit nerve wracking time as you begin to uncover who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in humanistic psychology, which emphasizes the importance of empathy, authenticity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to make positive choices and lead a fulfilling life. I hold the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of meaningful change. Together, we will build trust and authenticity to work towards your goals of healing and growth.

As a certified yoga instructor, I firmly believe the mind and body are interconnected and should be treated as such. Using somatic integration, we can work together through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to integrate emotional expression alongside physical sensations that often arise when processing trauma or other distressing events.
